“Best meal on this trip”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 1, 2013

It was hard to get a reservation. We settled for 11:30 p.m. and received a call at our hotel that we could come earlier. The sommelier took us to the wine room ... don't miss that. The best thing we ate was a goat dish with a mushroom sauce. To die for.

“Cleaned our plates!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 31, 2012

As others have mentioned creative cuisine, we ate outside which is great for people watching. The wine choice is extensive and recommendations strong, the sommelier actually picked something considerably less expensive than we might have chosen on our own, the restaurant is on a busy street but noise wasn't too bad. One of the few places that we visited that actually had a daily special. We skipped dessert, opting to visit the Freddo at the corner instead.

“Great creative food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 29, 2012 via mobile

This restaurant was recommended by the concierge of our hotel and we are glad we went. We had a great lunch outside and there was very little traffic to disturb us. The food was excellent and I thought more creative than at other good restaurants we went to. I'm glad we went.

“Awesome, if a little quick!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 28, 2012

I'm not usually one to gush, and this is my first review on here. But this restaurant was great. We'd been given the recommendation by a great sommelier at the Vines on Bellgrano and read great things on here too. Great choice of restaurant, small but lovely menu, unlike others in Argentina, not just a steak fest! Choosing your own wine from the cave was ace and you were well guided through the process. Good value for a great meal and amazing bread, in a country where bread forms a consistently large part of your meal this was a welcome change. The only downside was it was a little quick between courses, which didn't allow time to savour, or room for dessert!!

“A little more, both what you pay and what you get”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 28, 2012

Attentative service, great food and a sommelier who is really supportive. Had the best eating experience in Mendoza in this very nice place. Highly recommended!
