Excellent hotel and great location. A bit pricey for Mendoza, but it is so far superior to the other hotels it is worth the price. Best rooms are overlooking the Plaza in front. Superb breakfast buffet (included) and great wine recommendations for the waiters.

We decided to splash out on a couple of nights in the Hyatt when we arrived in Mendoza and really were not disappointed. The whole hotel is fantastic and the service is second to none. The facilities are excellent.

The breakfast every morning is excellent with every option available and a fantastic display of everything.

The pool was lovely for relaxing beside during the afternoon heat, although it´s on a busy road, so not very quiet.

The room and bed were excellent with a huge bathroom - great shower!

The concierge service were able to help out with any requests and advice on where to eat, or purchase anything.

We stayed at the park hyatt for four nights at the start of February. When our taxi pulled up outside we definately got the wow factor as the front of the hotel is the original facade and has the plaza hotel written on it. Our stay was great - very nice room and particularly liked the bathroom which was huge. Ate tapas and had wine in the little outdoor area which has lovely views of the square. Also a very nice pool area. One downside was the service in the restaurant. We only ate there once because the service was so bad. We had to ask three times for a wine menu and by the time our wine came we had finished our main course!!! Also had to wait ages for water. But otherwise staff in the rest of the hotel were excellent particularly the concierge who recommended 2 excellent restaurants 1884 and francescos.

We spent three nights (Feb 4-6) in this hotel. The rooms are nice, but the bathrooms are phenominal. Amazing showers. The location is very good, close to shopping and dining. We walked everywhere.

We had an issue with the laundry service. Despite the fact that we paid for same day laundry, we did not recieve our clothes until the next day. It was more of an inconvenience than a major problem, though.

Breakfast was good, but the dinner I had was only average.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel.
