This hotel is fantastic. The location is perfect. The front desk staff incredible. The rooms are beautiful. I would not stay anywhere else.

We stayed there four days with my wife and were quite disapointed. When we arrived, the bathroom was stinking. The plumber fixed it, but on the following day the shower was delivering not enough water. We complained again, and if was fixed. I thought every thing was okay, but the lavabo on the third day and evacuation problem. I fixed it. On sunday, we had lunch in the hotel, and we had no negociate with the maitre d'hotel to get an entrecot...quite desapointing n a country known for his excellent meat. Never again. Thank you. Nothing in common with buenos aires five stars hotels.

I only stayed one night here but I wish it could have been more. I am not a fan of these big chains, but I can only commend this hotel for the quality.

The rooms were immaculate and spacious. The food was great for dinner and breakfast.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. A friend had her wallet stolen in the town and the staff at this hotel were outstanding in the help they gave her when contacing the police and credit card companies.

They are a credit to the hotel.

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt for 2 nights in a well appointed room--very modern with comfortable beds. We ate in the hotel dining room--Bistro M- which had an open kitchen. The food and wines were very good--There is a small casino in the hotel where you can play craps, roulette,blackjack,slots--all in pesos(3 pesos to the dollar)--a real bargain!
