“Amazing Food and Wine”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 22, 2013

We enjoyed a wonderful unique lunch in the wine cellar. There was so much food all you could do was taste each tapa so you didn't miss out on anything. The host was very gracious explaining the history of the winery and showing us around. Each course was very tasty and the wine was fantastic. We rolled away about 2.5 hours later very satisfied.

“very special lunch in unique setting”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 30, 2013

What a charming restaurant tucked away in lujan de cuyo. A private room was set up for the two of us - a bottle of wine and an enormous assortment of tapas laid out on the table. Very different from the typical meals in Mendoza. The service was great, too. Wonderful experience, one of our favorite meals in wine country.

“Wonderful surprise”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 20, 2013

We were taken there as part of a winery tour and imagine the surprise when we walked in! The set-up for just two was amazing and we had great difficulty in doing justice to all the offerings.
Food was amazing and service was superb.

“A feast.. for the eyes and stomach”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 16, 2013

What a gorgeous winery and amazing meal. The service was incredible, the amount of food obscene and the wine washed it all down. A must visit...

“Don't Waste a Dinner @ Cava de Cano”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed February 22, 2013

Think it is set up for large groups to have a good time, not good food/wine. Each group eats in a separate, private rooms whether you are a couple or thirty. There were four of us and we were escorted into the restaurant down a flight of stairs, down a hallway, the up a small flight and down another hallway to our table in a dark, windowless room. They had already set up all the apps or would have asked to move and we still should have because it felt smaller and danker the longer we stayed. The menu is a fixed price with wine and when they poured the white for my wife, it was not clear and assumed it might be the humidity in dark cellar. However, the wine was tasteless and the apps selection was interesting but everything went downhill from there.
