Hollywood Suites was the perfect place to see this incredible city. As others have already said Palermo Soho/Hollywood is the coolest part of the city and the amenities at this place are second to none. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers looking for a city getaway with style but reasonably priced.

The building is new and located in the trendiest neighborhood of Buenos Aires. Apartments are spectacular modern lofts with amazing views of BA. They are decorated with a pleasant minimalistic style. Service is great - personnel are very nice and always willing to help. In addition, price is low. Definitely the relationship quality vs. price is outstanding.

Having tried out many hotels in Buenos Aires this is the ultimate experiene! It is in the middle of Palermo and you are just a minute away from all the best restaurants and bars in town! The hotel is chic but relaxed and one feels immediately at home! The roof terrace pool has a New Yorky James Bond feeling and the view is absolutely breathtaking! A must! I also loved the healthy breakfast and nice contemporary cosy design of the rooms. I am going back there this winter!

I had a months stay in this place during April / May 2008 for work. The rooms have style - minimalist New York - loft apartments, fully equipped with kitchenette, 32" screen tv, great sofa for lounging and a private patio that is nearly as large as the lounge area. The staff are extremely friendly and one feels very secure. However, the big, big downer is that the place (or the area) is not complete yet. Building work wakes you up early in the morning - if not from the works that are going in the building, from outside. Two towers are being built in front of the hotel that will at least take one more year before complete. The whole area is boom - and that means lots of building and construction. Even saturday mornings at 8am - it is hard to sleep in this place, unless you have earplugs and eye patches. The other problem is that with many buildings that are built as quickly as possible, the construction quality is actually very poor - looks are deceiving. Walls are very thin between apartments and the terrace on the 21st floor has a very low protective rail at the edge of the building - not at all for children!
Overall, the place has potential but only maybe post september 2009 or early 2010 when the area is completely built.
