Very disappointed in Mine. The Staff were actually exceptional here which is a shame really to have to mark it so low. They told us where to go and where was safe. There was also a great DVD selection although "Finding Nemo" was already rented by a couple with a child, we managed to get another DVD which was suitable!

The breakfast was great. Room was oddly decorated and plain. The bath was a jacuzzi that shot out brown feathery substance. And brown water also.

Good points for service and location. Bad points for facilities!

There are so many hotels to choose from in BA, but thankfully we had settled for Mine Hotel.
Mine Hotel is in a perfect location, has many bars, cafes, restaurants nearby. Excellent boutique shops.
Easy access to all the sights sounds of the city.
The hotel is a calm haven to the busy city. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.Very welcoming. We stayed for 4 nights and cannot find fault.
The breakfast is plentiful and delicious.
The room was perfect. All the conveniences that you have come to expect from a modern hotel. A very keen eye for detail is maintained through out the property.
The garden is pretty and well kept, with a very welcome pool after a hot day sight seeing!
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and would stay there again in a heart beat

Mine boutique hotel is located in the very heart of Palermo a very trendy neighborhood of BA. It is close to many restaurants and shops and in a safe area of town. THe hotel is a very well designed small building and offers a very nice courtyard and a small pool that is welcome to refresh yourself after a long day of sightseeing in BA. The rooms are well decorated and mine was overlooking the pool area with sunshine in the morning. The staff was very friendly and ready to help both at the reception (Rosario) and at breakfast. Breakfast is nice and you can order omelettes and pancakes , both very good. Th wifi worked all over the hotel and is free yet sometimes slow.
The only downside of the hotel was that the room is not well isolated from the corridor and i could hear at times people walking in the corridors.

We had a great stay here. The staff was so welcoming and the room was perfect. We loved the location and received a lot of help from the concierge on what to do, where to go and even booking a day trip to Colonia del Sacramento. We would definitely return.
