Mine boutique hotel is located in the very heart of Palermo a very trendy neighborhood of BA. It is close to many restaurants and shops and in a safe area of town. THe hotel is a very well designed small building and offers a very nice courtyard and a small pool that is welcome to refresh yourself after a long day of sightseeing in BA. The rooms are well decorated and mine was overlooking the pool area with sunshine in the morning. The staff was very friendly and ready to help both at the reception (Rosario) and at breakfast. Breakfast is nice and you can order omelettes and pancakes , both very good. Th wifi worked all over the hotel and is free yet sometimes slow.
The only downside of the hotel was that the room is not well isolated from the corridor and i could hear at times people walking in the corridors.

We had a great stay here. The staff was so welcoming and the room was perfect. We loved the location and received a lot of help from the concierge on what to do, where to go and even booking a day trip to Colonia del Sacramento. We would definitely return.

My mother and I stayed at Mine for 3 nights at the end of our trip to Argentina. The hotel is tastefully decorated with a number of nice touches - DVD player (and library!), complimentary tea and coffee, and free wifi. What really stood out for us, though, was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, all of whom genuinely seem to like working here and go out of their way to ensure each guest has a personal experience. They escorted us to our room on arrival, ensured we had restaurant and tango/milonga recommendations, and were happy to make excursion/restaurant bookings for us. Definitely a world away from a similarly ranked international chain hotel. We were also upgraded to their Palermo room on arrival, which was an added bonus! Will definitely return.

My husband I stayed here a year ago after reading about Mine Hotel on Trip Advisor. We would stay here again if we returned to Buenos Aires. Our room was lovely, breakfasts were wonderful, the neighborhood the best for walking around and visiting boutiques and restaurants. And the staff was wonderful in helping us to choose restaurants and helping us to get to our destinations.
