“So so indian food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2014

We walked into this restaurant by chance . The main person cooking the food was from porbander India however the food was average. We ordered a biryani which was not tasty at all. They charged us for two breads which we had not ordered under the guise of cover charge. The Curd was also not good

“No real Indian food, too expensive, better vegetarian/vegan restaurants”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed April 14, 2014 via mobile

As I've been to other Indian restaurants in Buenos Aires before, I can tell that Krishna is way too expensive and the food lacks a lot of spices you would associate with Indian food. Our waiter wasn't helpful at all and seemed to be annoyed by our questions concerning the ingredients of the dishes. The atmosphere was quite nice but you can get less expensive and better Indian (vegetarian/vegan) food in every other Indian restaurant in Buenos Aires! We wouldn't go there again and are looking forward to real Indian food elsewhere!

“Nice veggie respite, cool atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 9, 2014 via mobile

This is not what I would call typical Indian food, as it lacked a lot of flavors that I would associate with Indian, but it was good food nonetheless. I absolutely loved the ginger lemonade and would eat here again. The environment alone is worth a visit.

“A piece of India in the land of meat”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2014

The beautiful and exquisite decoration makes you feel like inside a Bollywood movie, but eating in Krishna goes further turning the meal into quite a religious act. The food is so good it makes you almost forget the, a little bit, uncomfortable seatings. But if you are into a really Indian experience you'd love all of it!
It is also an important indication for vegetarians and vegans!

“Indian food with a South American twist”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 16, 2013

The restaurant is decorated beautifully with hindu gods and idols as well as christian, buddhist, jain decorations as well. The food was tasty but quite different from regular indian food. The cachoris were delicious and the dishes in the thali were indian dishes but with unique twists. We enjoyed the experience thoroughly. We saw a couple of other regular Indian restaurants in BA but we definitely recommend Krishna for a unique argentine experience. I was amazed that the waiter/owner spoke only spanish. I would have loved to learn more about the restaurant from her.
