“Excellent, although out of the way”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 18, 2013

This is a great restaurant in Buenos Aires. All the food, including steak, is great. Ask to be shown to the wine cellar. It is out of the way though.

“Beautiful restaurant, excellent food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 16, 2013

The restaurant is big with a very nice atmosphere. The food is really, really good. The price is a little bit high. The attention is excellent too.

“Ne veut pas le voyage!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 17, 2013

Be warned: this restaurant is miles away from the centre; practically near Ezeiza airport! The taxi that took us there didn't know where it was (so it took for ever to find) and also wanted to be paid double the meter rate for the return journey! It was like crossing Los Angeles to get there! But based on the reviews here I was determined (against the better advice of my concierge) to go, so my expectations naturally were high. It is in an affluent residential neighborhood. Theatrical lighting - indifferent staff - watery cocktail - patchy food. The shrimp tempura was very good, but my milanesita was very disappointing: no taste whatsoever. Will definitely not bother going back: to paraphrase the Michelin saying 'ne veut pas le voyage'!

“Excellent food and service!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 15, 2012

I dined here with a colleague from work, as he highly recommended the restaurant. We arrived around 8PM and were two of the only people in the restaurant. We were seated promptly and greeted by our waiter. He made a few recommendations regarding drinks and appetizers. We ordered a nice bottle of wine and a few Empanadas for our appetizer. I ordered the Assado de tira especial and it was fantastic! I accompanied it with a side of grilled vegetables. The meat was very tender and juicy. I really enjoyed it. For dessert I ordered a Dulche de leche cake which was excellent as well.

By the time we left around 9:30 or 10 PM the restaurant was packed! Will definitely be back the next time I come to Argentina!
