Stylish looking hotel located in Palermo Soho, which is an area known for its boutique shopping. The room we stayed in was quiet, clean and dark. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was not bad, although freshness wasn't always a guarantee for some of the food. The use of the internet was free and there was a fantastic rooftop terrace available for use (which we didn't get to sadly), wtih great views of the city.

I Stayed 2 days in palermo for a rest of my long trip and I book in esplendor palermo...well I did not expect so much cause I was only there for rest. My room was very big with a plasma tv and a balcony. The hotel have a roof top that was Awesome!! and also you can have some drinks over there!!!... The Front desk guys and the bar guys were very polite and helped me with the Fly tickets... The only bad thing to tell is that the towels and amenities are very poor..

Just got there as a normal globetrotter asking for the room price which I found quite affordable and acceptable, got my room key on 5 floor then there was something wrong with the shower heater and I was told to wait while the heater pumps up (35 minutes) top of that after took my bath the towel was destroy maybe for excessive bleachy laundry that was a real rag instead of shower towel so call back at front desk to solve this and once again when I was ready to finally rest a disturbing drop was falling from the A/C steadily one drop after another one falling on the carpet floor but this doesn't end with the drop because 20 minutes after that a strange short circuit blackout the entire room out of electricity and it wasn't on the entire hotel but just my room. So exhausted went down to the front desk and to my surprise they change me to another room more spacious yes but charging more with no apologies no even an courtesy discount for the situation on the previous room even worst suddenly I was kick out from the hotel by orders of the manager Paula with no specific reason.

Great location. The staff also great. Palermo is definitely the best place to stay, great nightlife, This is my second time at esplendor palermo and recommend it.
