We stayed at this hotel at the beginning and the end of our trip to Argentina. Our booking was done through HRS at a rate of US$90 including all taxes, breakfast and a free upgrade to a Superior room.

To get there, we took a prepaid taxi from Ezeiza International Airport. It was 88 pesos, which includes a coupon for a discounted rate on the return and is only marginally more expensive than two tickets for the airport shuttle bus.

Check-in was fairly quick. Our room was not overly large, but included a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV and wired high-speed internet. Everything was very clean.

The breakfast buffet is offered until 10:30am and was of very good quality.

The hotel is very close to the subway, which makes it easy to reach other parts of the city. Keep in mind that the “subte” stops running at 10pm, so you have to take one of the many night buses or a taxi if you stay out late. Plaza de Mayo and Calle Florida can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot, and San Telmo is within walking distance.

A taxi to the mostly domestic Jorge Newbery Airport was less than 20 pesos.

It was a perfect base for a four night post-cruise stay in Buenos Aires (March 30 - April 3 2008).
It is extremely well-located - near the Casa Rosada, the Obelisk, Florida Street and the Subte.
Very comfortable and very helpful staff.

The room was somewhat small, but impeccably clean. No WiFi available, but upon request they will loan you a DSL cable for your lap top (fast internet!)

Every question or request was dealt with immediately and the breakfast.... Now that's what I call a good breakfast!

We stayed 4 nights in this centrally located boutique hotel.
The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.
The buffet breakfast provided a vast array of food which catered to all tastes. Excellent coffee and friendly servers.
The free internet service was much appreciated.
King size bed with a comfortable mattress provided a good night's rest. Mini bar fridge in the room.
Oversized bath towels added to our comfort.

Unfortunately, for us, my husband was assaulted and robbed during the afternoon, on the narrow street a block away from our hotel. The thief approached us quickly & had his hand in the pocket and then threw my husband to the pavement. Two other young people came up under the guise of helping but we believe they were part of the scam. This set our second visit to B.A. back quite a bit.

The hotel is in a safe area and if we were to return to B.A., we would be likely to stay there again.
