Stayed here for 3 nights and was very impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. Arrived after a long flight from Australia and the guys couldn't be more helpful!
Our room was huge by current hotel standards and we had the added bonus of a terrace - a couple of chairs to sit on would have been nice. There was a kitchen sink and fridge which could be useful.
Decor was very modern with a fantastic shower - no bath. Cold breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace, very pleasant, and was more than adequate.
There is still no theatre, restaurant or room service but they will call out for food for you.
The staff even wished me Happy Birthday!
The location was also great - easy walking distance to Plaza Mayo and 15 - 20 minutes to Oblisco. San Telmo on Sunday was buzzing - Samba bands and tango in the streets what a welcome to BA

I liked the hotel. Apparently a restaurant and theatre are going to be opening soon, which should make the hotel more complete. The hotel now has a very good mixture of on the one hand clean, modern, spacious rooms, and on the other hand it is charming and pleasant, a place to feel at home at. Next time I go to Buenos Aires, I will use this one again.

Great place to stay!

The property is way cool, great design, great décor… we LOVED it.

The rooms are enormous; we stayed in the Loft room. We wish we could stay longer, only two nights is not enough for Buenos Aires. Next trip no doubts we will return to Moreno Hotel!

This hotel is a real gem, and couldn’t t be a better choice for a first time visitor to Buenos Aires. It is ideally located in between San Telmo and downtown, within walking distance to most of the interesting sites of the city (2 blocks from Plaza de Mayo and Florida Street, 5 blocks from the San Telmo flea market, five blocks from Puerto Madero, etc). The staff is superb; they are particularly knowledgeable about the city and would recommend the best shows, tours and venues. The rooms are just huge, bathrooms are very modern, the shower area is particularly nice with a wooden deck. Rooms are nicer and bigger than what s displayed in the website. Buenos Aires is an amazing city, I recommend spending at least one week as there are lots of things to do, and staying at this hotel completed our fabulous experience in Buenos Aires.

It was a good surprise to stay in this hotel. It has a unique style and decor.Our room was comfortable, and my husband loved the old-fashioned elevator, and we loved the mixure of the new and old in this hotel.
The location of the hotel is great, we went everywhere by walk., it is close to heart of the city, but silent, and safe.( We went home evening.)
The staff is kind and really helpful. Eg.we asked the room service, they said, there's no, but they ordered good food from outside in a very reasonable price.
The minibar was fulfilled always, at the same price like in a shop.
Overall, if you would like to do something or ask for something they help you with kindness.
