Was looking for an hotel in Palermo and someone advised me to go to Hotel Costa Rica. Very good surprise indeed ! The guy holding the place is very friendly and helpful, he knows what to do in BA. The rooms are very unexpensive compared to market rate in PArlermo, clean and comfortable. The bar and the living room are also very relaxing,,, Certainly one of the best deal in Buenos Aires,,,
