We stayed at this property for 2 weeks in February, and rented a studio for $1500 via Temporary Apartments (or Friendly Apartments, their 'gay' division). Whilst this is rather expensive for Buenos Aires we hoped that more money would equal better service, and when we checked out, we asked if we could stay until 5pm before we headed to the Airport, past the expected 12pm check out time. The apt block's hallway is not air-conditioned and only has two small sofas, so we had no alternative but to try and keep our room. We were told we'd have to pay extra for the pleasure, which we thought was outrageous given the overall cost, and so turned down their offer. We loved the apt and would stay again, but would not recommend Temporary/Friendly Apartments. I have tried to share this feedback with the firm, but emails are boucing back.
