We were not prepared for the Buenos Aires building style of thin buildings! The Art Suites have just two rooms on each floor, each serviced by a different elevator. So it was a surprise that the elevator didn't open onto the corridor but just onto a small lobby and our front door!

The suites are conveniently placed for the subway into the city (just four or five stops into the city or the other way to Palermo), the shops and sights of Recoletta (eg Sunday market), and the shops on the Avenues Santa Fe and Pueyrredon.

There are no public areas in the Art Suites - just a front desk concierge. But breakfast is brought to your suite every morning, and each has cooking and refrigeration facilities. There are several supermarkets within a couple of blocks' reach.

We had days in both the one and two bedroom suites. The two bedroom are particularly comfortable and would be a great bet for a family or two couples. All of them are quiet.

All of the reception staff were very helpful and the day staff were multilingual. They really wanted to share their city and give advice.

We felt very comfortable there and would recommend it to others.

Apartment style hotel. Like having your own furnshed condo in the heart of the city. We booked a two bedroom flat. It was large and spacious and had the convenience of having a kitchen (not that you would ever cook your own meal, but it is nice to have the ability to make a light snack). You will wake up and think you are home. Great front staff and extremely conviently located in Recoleta. Walkable to most sights in this district but close enough to one of the main subway lines to move you around quickly. Great restaurants within walking distance as well. Only complaint is the breakfast gets kind of boring after a week, but this is really nitpicking.

My wife and I stayed at Art Suites for a week and had a great experience. The hotel is located in Recoleta, a lovely and safe barrio with nice shops, restaurants, and cafes. It is easy to access the rest of the city from this location.

The rooms are large and clean with a modern look. We enjoyed coming "home" after a day in the city. The doormen and staff are friendly and helpful and were able to provide us with spot-on advice regarding places to eat and things to do in the city.

We enjoyed our stay at Art Suites and will stay here whenever we visit Buenos Aires.

We would specially recomend the Premium Apartments for families with kids because of the two big bed rooms and the very spacius living-room with an aditional pull out bed in the couch. For five persons it pays for the price you pay (in USD). It's also absolutely safe - the 24hr doormen are very good (specially German ).
The staff was very helpful in recommending places to go and they also had a very reliable baby-sitter who spoke english fluently (that´s what we call holidays!!). We also enjoyed its location because it was close to the cinemas, subway, cafes, banks etc.
This has been one of the best value for money we have ever received.
