So here i try Hyatt again and, again staff look exactly the same as in other Hyatt hotels and avarage staff age must be 25. Staff is very friendly and do their best to help but if you come her you do so for all the different areas such as the bar, restaurants, garden etc..
The gym and pool are great and the Spa looks great too.
I guess this is the best 5-star expecience in town since Alvear Palace was too old school but its not an wow-experience since it lacks of personality but of course go dont stay in a Hyatt if you want personality.

Far and away the best hotel in Buenos Aires, and one of the best that I have stayed in anywhere. The staff are professional, the service impeccable. The rooms are relaxing and full of home conforts. The gardens are trauquility personified. The pool and spa relax the mind and body; and the restaurants offer some of the best food around in one of the best locations in Buenos Aires. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

The Park Hyatt Buenos Aires is a First Rate Hotel, with outstanding service, outstanding food, outstanding grounds, and a very attentive staff.

I would recommend this hotel to business travelers looking for a comfortable hotel with exceptional service in the shopping district of Buenos Aires.

Beware of muggers, they are present in all areas of the city, especially in the rich area where this hotel is.

This hotel is really amazing. The property has 2 buildings, separated by a beautiful garden. The staff is fluent in english and some of them are trying to speak portuguese. They are also very kind and don't hesitate to make you satisfied. Great breakfast, with eggs and other options served a la carte. Impeacable room service (the food came really hot, not warm). The restaurants are really good, too, with a wide variety of wines.
My room was confortable and big enough. The towels could be softer, anyway.
Wireless internet was terrible. After changing to the wired connection I had no problem.
Like any hotel of this caliber, the mini bar itens are really, really expensive. But, except me, I don't think other guests would mind about it...

Went on business and took the family. We had a lovely suite with an Asian aesthetic and plenty of space. Lobby spaces and restaurants are very attractive and high quality.
