I dont know if there was a problem but it was so hot it was ridiculous, beside they had no sense of clean and the rooms were small and some times unconfortable

A tiny lobby and front desk area hid it's deficiencies with it's minimalist appointments and a massive picture of Evita Peron made from bread. The upper floors are similarly decorated with mixed-media head-shots of Latin luminaries.

The room (a quiet, interior room with no view to speak of) was spacious, with very high ceilings, and a well-appointed bathroom that did look like it was about due for a renovation. The bed was very comfortable.

Cocktails in the bar were reasonably priced, and the breakfast was a bit simple (pastries, a couple of cereals, toast, fruit, the ubiquitous dolce de leche and chocolate), yet high quality.

This is a very good hotel. By far the best of the 4 hotels on a recent holiday in Argentina and Chile. The room was very large, comfortable, clean and well designed, though I had apparently been upgraded from the room I booked. None of the noise problems described by some previous reviewers, and there was reliable and fast wi-fi in the room. I really liked the style of the hotel and the artwork. The breakfast was better quality than some others I had on this holiday, though limited choice. The hotel is well located, easy to get most sights and districts you want to visit. The reception team friendly, helpful and spoke good English. On the negative side - I didn't think the hotel was good value for money, though maybe I just got a poor deal through the travel agent I used. There were a few minor problems that should not have happened in a hotel of this standard - broken hairdryer took 24 hours to replace, the room door was difficult to close and on more than one occasion not closed by housekeeping staff. Bizarrely although there is a multi channel flat screen tv with foriegn languages there is no English language news channel.

My wife and I spent 3 nights at this hotel during our honeymoon trip in 2007. We had never been to Buenos Aires before and I very glad we chose this hotel for such a special moment. The location was fantastic, only a few steps from Galerias Pacifico and Florida street. The room was cosy, warm and gorgeous, with the best pilows I've ever had! The bathroom was amazing with a powerful and hot shower. The breakfast was basic, but very satisfactory at all... Despite the lack of wireless internet connection in the rooms, there was full free access using the computers at the living room. Overall, this hotel is like jewel in the middle of the city with friendly staff and reseanoble prices.
