Description: Argentine ways and cuisine are deeply immersed in Italian culture. Our chef presents a worldwide new Italian-Japanese fusion representing the best of our very own traditional Italian food and the exotic Japanese flavors. It has come to us that two opposites can complement each other to perfection, elevating the argentine take on Italian flavors to a new and higher level. Come and enjoy our fixed 6 course meal/tasting paired with amazing argentine wine in which the aroma, texture, simplicity and technique blend perfectly Italian-Japanese flavours in one bite.

“Amazing!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 15, 2014

A friend of mine invited me to try a new fusion he heard about. It was strange, I mean I know italian and japanese, as pizza and sushi, but not together. It was a great surprise what the menu was really about and to have the opportunity to taste so many argentine wines. Supper recommended!

“new asian-italian fusion restaurant in buenos aires”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 1, 2014

A wonderful meal in Buenos Aires during a recent business trip!

A 6-course dinner featuring a tasty combination of Asian and Italian flavors paired with fine local wines was attentively and proudly presented by my warmly enthusiastic hosts.

This is a "closed door" restaurant so will be limited by design to a small number of guests. They are very eager to please and you will not be disappointed.

“A unique and special evening.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 19, 2014

We had never heard of a fusion of Japanese and Argentinian cuisine and what a delightful evening awaited us. It was a casual, intimate environment where we were warmly greeted with a cocktail, followed by a variety of tasty appetizers, each paired with a great local wine. There were six generous courses with an amazing blend of flavours. We could not decide which was our favourite as they were all different and delicious. The friendly staff were knowledgeable and welcoming. This was a great way to end our visit to Buenos Aires and is to be highly recommended.
