**Did not do the lessons**
For the show, was picked up promptly at hotel, retrieved other guests, and then went to the tango building. Was greeted at the door and directed to our seats. We were in the balcony directly across from the stage, so pretty good view.
Meal is also included. I opted for the beef, which wasn't as good as the parrillas, but wasn't bad. The appetizer was pretty good, and then had a brownie for dessert. Also went through two bottles of malbec and some bottled water. At this point I think we broke even vs. US equivalent.
After dinner, the show started. It was sort of a history of Tango, as they illustrated the evolution of Tango from ~1900 - the 1970's. Had a very good Tony Bennet-esque singer, some comedy, and of course lots of dancing. The entertainers would wander out in the crowd (thank goodness we were above that) and interacted with the crowd. Some of the comedy was obviously improv based on the individuals in the crowd. Then, some dancers pulled members of the crowd out to dance with them.
After the show, the shuttle took us back to the hotel. I think it was a very fair price for what we received. If you are interested in the Tango, I would recommend this experience.
