That´s a good choice if you want to stay at Recoleta - very nice neighborhood, with a small kid. My daughter is almost 2 years old now and they have a small kitchen with all you may need. (but they charge U$8 a day for the cradle...)
The local is very quiet, you don´t see neighboors in your floor and they deliver the breakfast at your door the time you schedule.
The breakfast is the same everyday, but that´s a problem only if you staying a long period.
There is a very good place for buying food at the same street - empanadas Las Tucumanas - and another place with regional food to deliver at Calle Juncal. Besides, a lot of small markets and grocery shops around the block.
Very close to the Recoleta Cemetery (at the block of the Village cinemas) there is an old and simple restaurant - El Rincón - with very good and cheap argentinian food. Much better than most of the turistic traps in the sidewalk in front of the Cemetery main entrance.
