My boyfriend and I just came back from Argentina and spent 5 nights at the Milhouse. There were a ton of people in and out, but everyone looked like they were having fun. The rooms were really nice (we checked in 3 different times, because we had traveled other places and came back) and the shower is probably one of the best selling points. It's really clean and the people working there are very nice. They always had activities of things to do up on the board. Because the clubs were closed, they did their best to help us out with info on pubs and they threw their own parties. We're in our twenties, but we saw people checking in who are in their 50s. We stayed here based on a friend's recommendation and I'd go back in a second.
Price is also very good. $25 a night!!!!
