My group of three travelers stayed two nights in the Minimalist and Techno rooms. The rooms were just like the photo's in reviews. These rooms were next to each other and both had very nice patios. Yes, there is a very exclusive primary school next door. We saw a few of the parents and some of the children eating lunch one day. Very delightful and added to our understanding of the cool Palermo So Ho neighborhood. There is some noise level but we knew that, and it did not effect our privacy or our sleep. There is a lift behind the check in area that transfers you and your luggage upstairs. Although we preferred to walk up and down the beautiful staircase. It was amazing to be considered part of the family of the staff at the Bo Bo. In our opinion, this is what truely distinguishes and separates this Botique Hotel from all others. We also stayed at the Regal Pacific, and it was also very nice, but different from the experience at the Bo Bo. Belen, Julia, Esteban, Martin, Vanesa and Cristian were especially helpful, and easy on the eye as well. The security is excellent, and the doorman called us by name immediately upon arrival. We ate lunch twice at the Restaurant during our stay and sampled a wide variety of wines and food. All excellent. The salads were very special. We tried the smoked deer and rabbit. The meat was outstanding and we enjoyed the pasta. The breakfast was exactly what we were looking for to start the day. The mornings and the late afternoons were like staying with family as the front door was locked and it was just the guests and the staff. They went about there business seamlessly while making us feel at home. We felt guilty after a while and offered to help, but they laughed and of course refused.

This was a wonderful stay and explains one reason the Bo Bo is booked out for months.

A special shout out to: Franco, Hernan, Anel, Luciano, Maximilano, Lorena, Gilda and Juan.

We could only stay one night, but we loved the Bobo! The staff was fantastic (Julia was SO kind and helpful!), the neighborhood is great and their restaurant served wonderful food - we had dinner and breakfast there and both were first rate. The only drawback was the noise level in our room (The Techno Room) - it must have been above the bar area, as we did hear music and voices quite late into the evening. Also, there seemed to be a schoolyard next door and there were a lot of children screaming and playing at certain times of day...even so, we would defintely stay there again (abut we'd ask for room on a higher floor)!

What to add to the glowing reviews of the Bobo? I was in BA for a conference and stayed at the Sheraton, where the conference was held. The Bobo had two nights available at the end of my stay, so I moved. Moving is most inconvenient, as it cuts into vacation time, but was worth it in this case. I was in the Techno room on the second floor. Nice balcony (no view, but fair privacy). The room and bath were spotless although the bath is quite small and not much counter room for "stuff". There is a hairdryer and nice terry robe. Very comfortable bed. TV, phone, remote, no clock. Very tiny in-room lock box. Plenty of accessible outlets, and best of all, free wireless internet access from everywhere in the hotel! There is an exchange library in the lobby area, too. Security is superb.
They issue a card for a free welcome drink in the bar. I had breakfast there daily, which was very good: the ubiquitous tiny coffees (gladly refilled), OJ, a variety of rolls, yogurt, and a fruit cup with both fresh and canned fruits. The staff was friendly and more than helpful. They can organize any kind of outing you might fancy. They held my luggage for my evening departure, and arranged a car for me to EZE. Worth their weight in gold!
The restaurant is very good, with an innovative menu. The bar area is a nice place to meet other travelers and relax between forays.
The location is a 10 minute walk from the main action in one direction, or the subte to the rest of BA in the other. Or grab a cab for a buck. It's a very pleasant neighborhood with a large police presence, and I felt safe moseying the streets at night. Hope to return!

We loved Bobo Hotel--we were only able to stay for one night before heading off to Punta del Este, and it was great! The staff arranged our entire trip for us to Punta prior to us getting there, and had tickets, times, and taxis all ready to go! The rooms are simple and unique, and attention to detail as a whole is wonderful. The bartenders make EXCELLENT drinks--best mojito in B.A.! The morning of our departure we sat down for our continental breakfast, which was wonderful--fresh fruit, croissants, juices, yogurt, ham, cheese...and the coffee!! Bobo was a great experience, not to be missed, and in a great part of town!

We stayed in seven hotels over a two-week period (3 in BsAs)... and in BsAs, Bo Bo is unbeatable. Perfect for the single traveler as well as couples/groups. Elegant, personable, unbelieveably helpful and friendly staff, beautiful decor in common areas and rooms, great neighborhood...etc, etc.... Too many good things to list in one message.
My next trip to BsAs will definitely include (hopefully) a stay at Bo Bo. (You need to book early, this place is very popular.)
