I stayed for 8 nights to attend a conference inside. Occupied two rooms with considerable difference between them. Both quiet and soundproof, but finishing after apearant upgrade badly done so it feels like a bad makeover of a once shabby hotel. The management must be harsh on the staff as they have difficulties to make decisions which are out of the normal procedures. Nice pool but not allowed to use as lincense is still pending. Wheelchairs will not fit in elevator. Wifi only at conference room and very slow. Rooms use free fixed tel connection. Adaptors and cables for internet at chek-in desk. Depressing conference room without any windows. Do not expect same quality as Brazilian Pestana Hotels. There are several better options close by.

I stayed for 7 nights in this hotel. I booked a superior room which was very good. Large room, good bed. Nice bathroom. No noises from the neighbours. Excellent location downtown. Breakfast also very good. Free wifi in room and reception area. Not a cheap hotel .

Stayed in a suite while on a two-day business trip. Near all downtown sites and just a couple of blocks from Florida, the pedestrian shopping street.

Modern, clean, and comfortable, if somewhat institutional in the room decoration. Bed very comfortable, with down pillows.

The restaurant is surprisingly good.

Checking in and out were slow.

One other negative, which is puzzling for such a new hotel, is that the the bathrooms [our suite had 1 1/2 baths] had no exhaust fans. Since both b/rs were windowless, smells lingered. Needless to say, perhaps, but we used the half-bath for bodily functions.

Nice, clean, great location, great breakfast.... However, walls are too thin. Hotel has done a great job by using noise-free windows but I believe they ran out-of-money when building the walls. You can hear couples next door having sex or simply talking (at normal voice) throughout the night.
