We stayed two nights at this very cozy and cute hotel near the Recoleta district. It's very easy on the eyes and has a certain charm and character that help understand why it has such good ratings.
The room is not especially comfortable, being on the small side with a rather stiff bed. Even locked, the doors could easily be pushed in if someone had wrongdoing on his mind, but that didn't happen to us.
The hardest part to understand during our stay here occured right away. A young man showed us the room, we were satisfied, he brought the luggage. When I tried to tip him his response made me feel that I was trying to give him some used toilet tissue. It was certainly a look of disdain, and I started to withdraw the offering just as he decided to take it after all. I was very confused.
