We stayed at the Claridge for 3 nights and were very pleasantly surprised with our accommodations and the excellent location. We were able to walk to the main sights. As the temperatures were quite hot for a couple of the days we were there in January, the pool was a welcome respite after sightseeing and shopping. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was excellent and VERY reasonable.
The only negative, if I had to come up with one, is that the bath was oddly layed out and a little on the small side, but our room was quite spacious and comfortable. We had a corner room with windows overlooking the pool and toward the obelisk.
