“Great for Outdoor Activities and Choripans!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 4, 2013

Puerto Madero is a haven for cyclists, skateboarders, rollerbladers and joggers with its wide, tree-lined boulevards and many open spaces. Don't forget to grab a choripan, paired with the many different flavors of sauces, from one of the choripan stands in the neighborhood. They're the best we've had throughout BA!

“Like Any other waterfronts”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 2, 2013

Strictly for tourists and the affluent. Ate at a pricey steakhouse there. Nice but not spectacular views along the river. Beautiful parks nearby.

“best for restaurants”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 1, 2013

good example of gentrification and reuse of old real estate. Best for dining while people watching and looking at the water

“Walking by the river”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 1, 2013

Puerto Madero is an excellent River Port which a few years ago underwent a complete renovation and has become a trendy, well presented area with excellent restaurants, bars, and beautiful hotels. All the old wharehouses were transformed into beautiful private condos, office buildings, and restaurants, shops and bars. With the sailing boats docked along the river it is also a beautiful place for a nice jog, bike ride or just a walk along the river banks.

“where the old meets the modern”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 26, 2013

Wonderful restoration of old warehouse building converted into restaurants. The old port machinery has been saved and serves as sculpture along the. pleasant walkways along the water. This setting is contrasted by a back drop of modern office buildings.
