We just returned from a week vacation in Buenos Aires and loved the place. We stayed at Nogaro from April 13 to 16. The staff was VERY NICE and as helpful as they could be and I have no further nice things to say. If you get this hotel for US$60, it's worth it; otherwise do not waste your time. The rooms are small. The bathrooms are very dated. I doubt they have invested anything to control noise from the rooms to either side and above. Every step made in the room above is clearly heard and amplified because of the high ceilings. We were promised free internet and it worked all of 1 hour on one day. The breakfast was sub-standard. Runny eggs, cold croissants and one toaster for all the guests. While the rooms look nice in the pictures posted, they are nothing like it. The air-conditioner was horrible and stopped working entirely one night and after 2 phone calls to the reception at 2.30 a.m. they came and did something about it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
