We have stayed at Malabia House twice, two years in a row. We had wonderful experiences there with the other guests - some of which we still stay in contact with, and the fabulous staff. The most welcoming place anywhere! Matius, Daniel the guard, Julia, and all the staff are wonderful. We loved our rooms, and enjoyed very much the breakfast room scene in the mornings. Guests mingle casually, strike up conversations and compare notes on where to go and what to do. The staff takes care of arranging things. We spent our 40th anniversary for 3 weeks in Argentina, and it was the best. We ended with a few days at Malabia, and they had champange waiting. We all had a big toast...Matius came in on his day off. We can't say enough about our great times at Malabia!

My husband and I stayed at The Malabia House on our first trip to Buenos Aires, Argentina in May 2008. We loved it! The energy of the place and the attention we got from the staff was just right! The location and the Palermo neighborhood was wonderful. Very close to the great park and convenient to trendy bars and restaurants. We stayed in two other locations during our week in Buenos Aires and The Malabia House was our absolute favorite and the Palermo location was our favorite.

Our room was very comfortable and quiet. We had a private bathroom right across the hall but the hotel provided robes and it was absolutely no problem not having it right in our room. Breakfasts were great and they served a wonderful fruit salad every morning.

The price of a room at The Malabia House may seem a little bit high when compared with other places but it is well worth it. When we go back to Buenos Aires we will probably stay at The Malabia House every night!

“Beautiful Boutique Hotel, Perfect Location, Great Staff!”

I highly recommend this hotel. We had a beautiful room with high ceilings and a balcony.
The bathroom was right outside the room, but it felt very private.
Perfect location right in Palermo...lots of great shops and restaurants right in walking distance and easy to get to all other parts of the city from the hotel.
The staff was very helpful and had lots of recommendations and suggestions, etc.
There was also a nice breakfast every morning.
If we come back to BA i would DEFINITELY stay there again!!!

This lovely small Inn is attractive, well appointed, with a very helpful staff. Really if I had a complaint, which I don't , is that it was a bit overpriced, although it is difficult to judge as this is the only time we have been to BA. The highlight of the stay was the staff, helping us with all kinds of useful information, reservations for shows, taxis for the airport, tour guides, etc. We were delighted with all the suggestions they made and booked for us. Unfortunately our time in BA was way too short to do the city justice.

We spent four night at this place and it was the bomb! Palarmo SoHo is a sassy neighborhood too. The staff organized the car shuttle from the airport, dinners, and a soccer game. Good times at 1555 Malabia House
