The staff is professional, friendly, and helpful specially Silvia (in the afternoon). The rooms are clean, nice, and well kept. excelent bathroom with hair dryer. The room price included a great breakfast buffet served from7am till 11 a.m. . The hotel is located in a very nice and safe part of town. We walked even late at night, and felt comfortable, as there were always people, including lots of families, on the streets. There are two computers in the hotel lobby with high-speed Internet connection and lots of great restaurants nearby . We recommend it and would stay there again.

This hotel is ideally located in beautiful Recoleta with great shopping and an abundance of restaurants/cafes.
The hotel has a nice lobby and the workers are extremely helpful. There's also free internet service which you will most likely have to stand on line for.
As for the room.......If you are looking to stay in a posh hotel room with many amenities, this hotel is not for you. The room we had was a no-frills, completely plain room with a bed, a small table and a closet. The carpets were kind of worn but overall, the room was functional and clean.
All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel. We paid less than $100 a night and we probably got a little more than expected....it even included free breakfast everyday!

At less than US$90 per night, I found what the hotel offered reasonable. The location was great and the staff was helpful. Free Internet access via the computers at the lobby was a nice feature. However, the service was not always reliable. The Internet was down for almost a day while I stayed there. The breakfast was quite boring with limited variety.

The amenities were barebones but the room was kept quite clean. Our room faced another buidling and it was stuffy.

The ride to/from the airport takes about 40 minutes and costs US$26-30.

My friend and I had reserved separate rooms at the Wilton for two nights. When we arrived from Iguazu falls, we both presented our own online confirmation (with credit card information) from the hotel
web site at the front desk to find out that they did not have a room available for me. They were not apologetic about the situation and did not even offer options. It seemed like this was a normal circumstance, and it was just too bad for me. They said they would have a room available for me on the next day. Luckily, I was able to stay in my friend's room for that night, not sure what would have happened had I been travelling by myself.

Overall, the breakfast was excellent, the hotel location is ideal and the rooms are clean. At the time we were staying there, there was
construction next door which made staying in the rooms between 8 am to 5pm very noisy. This, however is out of their control.
