Very centrally located hotel, great shopping and close to Recoleta. The room was clean and very well furnished. Breakfast was nothing special, but in general I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

I don't know how 8 stories qualifies as towers, but okay. This hotel is very shabby. I was unaware hotels were permitted to award themselves stars, but I can think of no other explanation as to why this one has 4.
There was no room service to speak of, the entrance and lobby looked like an apartment building. The concierge was decidedly unhelpful, when asked to call a taxi, he refused saying it would take too long. We stood on Santa Fe for 30 minutes before there was an available cab and nearly missed our dinner reservation. The concierge also appeared to have no knowledge of good restaurants, the two times we foolishly followed his suggestion resulted in truly sub-par experiences.
The room had a very shabby carpet, and a mattress that sagged in the middle so badly we might as well slept on the floor. The pillowcase did not even cover the entire pillow, the bedspread was so dusty I suffered numerous asthma attacks, a situation not aided by the fact that the vent in the bathroom allowed the smoke from the room next door to pour in and stink up the room.
The free breakfast is the same everyday and everyday the eggs are cold. There are also some nasty miniature boiled hot dogs on offer, and chewy croissants.
Upon check-out, a minor dispute about the prices of items in the minibar turned quite unpleasant. There had been a white card with prices of the minibar in our room, on check-out, the prices were doubled on the bill, I mentioned that the card in our room must be outdated and they should change it if these were the actual prices. The guy at the desk was extremely rude and claimed there was no such card. He stormed off (supposedly) to our room and retrieved a yellow card that had never been in our room and smugly presented it to me. I told him the card had been white and he condescendingly purported I was lying, when obviously he was the liar. He behaved very unpleasantly, and all over $2 which I didn't even care about, I simply wanted them to put the appropriate prices in the room I had vacated.
In short, this hotel is not recommendable.
Had a breif holiday in BA. Loved it. Stayed in NH Forida before going to Igazu falls. Stayed in Americans Towers afterwards for a few days before heading back home.
Abover average, slightly better then NH Forida in that the interiors of the room are a bit better. Helpful hotel reception people, helped booked an english tour of the theatro colon for us.
Close to Santa Fe, great shopping. walking distance to one of the best high street (LV, Polo..) shopping in BA.
A great hotel very centrally placed. Staff all speak English and are very friendly. Breakfast are good with lots of choice. I was dissapointed in the Gym as all the machine are not commercial grade and need to be replaced. We travelled throughout Argentina which meant a lot of revisits to BA and this hotel felt like a home away from home.
I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights last month. Apart from the carpet being on the verge of needing a bit of a steam clean, there was little else to complain about. The location is handy to the Santa Fe shopping strip, Florida Mall, Recoleta the Colon Theatre and more. The rooms were clean and cleaned well daily, the staff were nice...we bought a bottle of wine in the bar one night and only had 1 glass out of it. We forgot to take it to our room and left it in the bar. The next night the wine was there with the bar staff who had saved it for us. The breakfast offered had plenty of hot or cold choices. All in all I would say that I would stay here again if the chance arose.
