“Classy Hotel With Superior Service”

This is quite simply one of the finest hotels my wife and I have ever stayed in, and mind you we've traveled from Istanbul to Sydney, Australia. We cannot say enough kind words about the professional staff; from bellman, to concierge, to reception desk to maid service....all superior! Marvelous friendly attitudes ALL! Room service was excellent as were the two meals we enjoyed in their restaurants. And breakfast buffet in the garden court was as fine as one would expect in a 5 star hotel in Paris! You're going to love their "medialunas", I promise!. Superior food with warm, friendly service. You must request Alejandro. As charming and sweet as they come! The only minor criticism I can level, and this is really insignificant, is their "drugstore" really should have offered a more expanded line of newspapers, periodicals and miscellaneous medical needs that we all require on extended visits (complimentary english language BA Herald in front of your room every morning!). From the quality of the food to the little chocolates they leave on your bed for turndown service, it's really more than one can ask for. If you are visiting BA, this is definitely your best buy considering the prices and deals that are out there. Anywhere else in the world these rooms would easily go for $450+ daily....without breakfast, and ours was included for considerably less. Do yourself a favor and don't second guess yourself. Stay here and enjoy BA the way it was meant to be enjoyed. Top notch, proud Argentinian service in a most enjoyable environment.

I should let you know I have very very high standards...

and this hotel was incredible. The service was top notch, rooms were gorgeous, breakfast was fabulous, location was great and I will ONLY stay at this hotel my next time in BA. Our room was on the 19th floor overlooking the city...great hotel, great service, great food great location,...great great great!

Stayed at the Park Tower for 1 night prior to going to Iguazu Falls in Feb. 2006. The hotel is attached to the Sheraton, but it is a separate hotel. The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms have a separate tub and a shower enclosure; all in marble. All rooms are wired for both U.S. and European current. Food at the hotel was spotty, but the rest of the hotel was excellent. It's a Starwood Preferred hotel. There is an excellent restaurant just across the blvd. from the hotel. It's Las Nacerenas. You won't get a better steak anywhere than you get there, regardless of what Fodors and the others say.

This is a five star hotel located next to San Martin Plaza and within a short walk of the Florida pedestrian mall. Our non-smoking room was very large and beautifully furnished. The hotel is very elegant, centrally located, quiet, and offers memorable service. It is connected to the Sheraton and all of the facilities at the Sheraton are availble to guests of the Park Tower.

We enjoyed an afternoon tea in the lobby lounge and were very impressed. The restuarants at the Sheraton were quite nice. The hotel is just a short taxi ride from just about anywhere in Buenos Aires.

The concierge service was wonderful. We had a great time with no complaints whatsoever.
