A good place to stay, for business and leisure. Exellent breakfast buffet with very polite service. Good restaurant around, concierge always helpful if needed !

My husband and I have just returend to South Africa from a few days holiday in South America, we had the pleasure of staying at the Melia Hotel, we chose the hotel through Trip Adviser and we were not dissapointed, the staff, service, cleanliness were 5 star. The room sizes are huge compared to average hotels. Staff were extremely helpfull at reception. We will return again one day.

A professional and efficient hotel with a very warm and friendly atmosphere. Service levels, location, accommodation and cuisine were simply the best and the friendliness and helpfulness of all hotel staff was much appreciated. While it is not quite fair to single out any particular member of staff, all having been excellent, mention needs to be made of Carlos and Augustina for their friendlliness and attention given to us at evening meals. While we enjoyed our stays in other really fine hotels Argentina and Chile including Cabos de Hornos [Punta Marinas], Los Coquenes [Ushuaia] and Sheraton [Igauzu] the Melia

I stayed in the Hotel Melia for 4 nights. The rooms are nice and the hotel looks good. Clean and modern. But during the day it’s so noise. Small walls, stone floor in the gangway, you hear everything form your neighbor.

Also the prices in the minibar or restaurant are really expensive - Water 34 Pesos, downstairs at the small store it’s around 4 Pesos.

There is a swimming pool, but it was closed – No advice how long.

Second stay at this hotel, rooms are very well maintained, good plasma TV and excellent bed. Ate at the hotel restaurant a couple of days, very good food, very surprised for the quality and prices, not expensive for being an hotel restaurant. Located close to Florida and plaza San Martin, there is one Parrilla Restaurant near, very good.

This is my fifth visit to Buenos Aires and my fourth stay at the Melia Buenos Aires. This is my prefered hotel when I am in Buenos Aires on business or pleasure. The staff is extremely attentive and polite and even puts up with my general lack of Spanish. The rooms are extremely comfortable though I would suggest the deluxe room if you like very modern, clean designs. The hotel is very close to my workplace and also close to the Florida street shopping center and Galleria Pacifica.
