Stayed at the Hotel recently and had a great stay. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was excellent as are the rest of the facilities which are very luxurious. Hotel is in a good location though not particularly close to any metro stations. We also found the taxi drivers picking up/dropping from the hotel seem to be more prone to trying to rip you off.

This is a fabulous hotel in every way. We selected the Four Seasons as part of a post-cruise hotel package and we are so happy we did. The rooms are large, beautiful, and immaculate. The bar off the lobby is a lovely place to unwind at the end of the day. The people manning the concierge desk are unbelievable! They spoke English perfectly. They took a lot of time with us helping to select both restaurants and a tango show. They were VERY patient. In general, the service is impeccable and very friendly and the staff seems to be everywhere you need them to be. There were always 3-4 outside helping with taxis. There was always someone opening doors and greeting you. The location is great -- just a short walk to one of the upscale shopping areas. If I could, I would rate the Four Seasons Excellent++++. There are absolutely NO negatives!

I absolutely love this property. It is the very best hotel I have ever stayed in. I have traveled for business across the world and this is the best hotel, ever. Plaza Athenee in Oaris is close but the friendliness of the staff, location, pool, and exemplary service makes this Four Seasons No. 1 for me.

My wife, 9 year old son and I had the pleasure of a very nice one night stay at the Four Seasons Buenos Aires in December, 2006. I found the service to be exemplary, and the accommodations gracious. We arrived in the early morning and, since our suite was not yet ready, were offered use of the hotel’s spa facilities during our wait – a very nice touch, and one that made the wait for the room (which wasn’t long) most tolerable. The pool and poolside area were delightful, and the service there (cool towels for the hot day, drinks delivered almost instantly) terrific. Our suite was quite large – the equivalent of two standard rooms (which are large to begin with), and the seating offered in the living room very comfortable. There also was a separate large desk and comfortable swivel chair for writing and attending to paperwork. Furnishings and linens were of the high quality which is normal for Four Seasons.

Breakfast was in Le Mistral, the hotel’s restaurant (which has been rated number 1 in Buenos Aires by at least one local critic). It was very good, with extensive offerings on the buffet – although not quite as good as breakfast at the Alvear Palace (which also has a better room for breakfast, in my view).

I would recommend this hotel to discerning travelers.
