We spent 4 nights in this hotel. Our overall experience from check-in till check-out was a great pleasure. We had some noise problem with our first room since it was at the top floor right below the central A/C and they immediately changed our room apologizing for not having availability at higher floors and that we had to move to the 4th floor. It was not a problem at all. We were especially delighted by the Concierge! Leave all your guidebooks at home since you won’t need any and even if you had, they would be out-of date. Concierge helped us from restaurants, tango shows to shopping districts, from booking gauchos to booking ferry tickets. I think perfection definitely lies in details and Four Seasons has fully mastered this. Details of note here were really polite porters and doormen, cleaning ladies and swimming pool attendants. We unquestionably recommend this hotel!

We just spent 4 nights at this beautiful hotel. I must say that we found everything about this Four Seasons to be fabulous. The location is excellent. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating, and the room and view was truly first class. Food was good. Concierge very helpful. We couldn't ask for more!

Just came back from Buenos Aires and the Four Sesons and can't say enough good things about it, especially the staff. Absolutely perfect service and attention to detail. The food at breakfast was fabulous with a lot of everything. Others had mentioned about the local within the Recolleta district but I didn't find it a bother at all. We didn't see the highway at all.

Combined this with a trip to its sister four sesaons hotel in Carmillo Uruguay, which was just as great. These people really know how to do it.

We started our three week vacation in Argentina at the Four Seasons and were very, very pleased. We stayed in a one bedroom suite in the Mansion for three nights. The service was flawless and consistent throughout our stay. Breakfast was included and very good with a great variety of selections. The concierge was really great and pointed us in the perfect direction for tours and great places to eat in Buenos Aires. We stayed with our 18 month old daughter and had the most wonderful babysitter. The babysitter was VERY familiar with the Four Seasons and before we knew it our babysitter requested a play set that the Four Seasons has for the young guests. In my opinion the mansion could use a little updating, but the room size was HUGE and I can’t express enough our pleasure of the service! My husband and I used the spa everyday. We would steam or have a sauna. The spa services were wonderful, two massages and a facial. We ended our three week stay at the Park Hyatt and all though the Park Hyatt is beautiful it has many kinks to figure out. I would stay at the Four Seasons and not the Park Hyatt.
