“Excellent hotel in Buenos Aires”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 13, 2013

My husband and I stayed for 12 nights in Jan/Feb 2013. Everything was excellent. Would love to stay again one day. All staff are exceptionally good at their jobs and welcoming. Nothing could be bettered in any way. Faultless. Fantastic location. Wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else. Great pool area too.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 9, 2013 via mobile

The staff at this hotel goes well above and beyond any expectation you may have, and that is what makes the four seasons an excellent choice. When I was there the construction was going full speed, but given it occurred while in the office it did not hinder me personally, the rooms are insulated well, and the outside noise and traffic was non existent inside the oasis of my room. The room was spacious, immaculate with a superb mattress and linens, I felt at home. We had to take a bit of a walk about to get from the entrance to the elevators, but staff was there to guide us regardless of the time. When I return to Buenos Aires, this will be my choice for a pampered stay

Had the good fortune of staying at this hotel for three nights. It was spectacular! The hotel staff were gracious and accommodating and really went the extra mile in all areas. The outdoor pool is heated and provided a spa-like tranquility, with pool staff that pretty much cater to your every need. Same with concierge service; anything we needed, they were in the know. We stayed in 1106, a deluxe suite, newly renovated; everything is brand new. The bed and linens were heavenly.

Now there was construction going on on several of the floors while they renovate the hotel, and there was noise from 9a to 6p Mon-Fri, but we weren't in our room during that time basically, so it didn't bother us at all. The spa and gym were also spectacular. I would recommend checking out La Mansion (part of the hotel but in a very old and historic separate building) if you've got the $$$. A truly five-star property!

This hotel is 5 star plus all the way! The hotel is in a very central location in beautiful Recoleta. The rooms are large and magnificently appointed. The staff are outstanding - absolutely nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Beware that if you stay on the top floor the airconditioning unit may keep you up (we asked to be moved as the humming noise and vibration drove us crazy) - our request was granted without any fuss and with many apologies so it was hard to get upset! The pool area is beautiful and the gym is well equiped. We chose this hotel over the Palacio Duhau Park Hyatt as it has an outdoor pool and we were there in summer - the Palacio only has an indoor pool. I think you'd be hard pressed to find a finer hotel than the Four Seasons Buenos Aires.

Room Tip: We had a room overlooking the pool which also had a wonderful view of Buenos Aires. Avoid the top fl...

We recently stayed at this gem of a hotel in Buenos Aires, where the service, cuisine were outstanding. The new rooms are wonderful and a visit to the Spa and Swimming Pool excellent. An excellent location for both tourists and Business persons.

Room Tip: A room facing the swimming pool would be my preference

The hotel is very well located, close to the Recoleta and many attractions of the city. It is also within walking distance of Puerto Madero and theaters, as well as the financial district, so if you stay both for business or pleasure, you're in the right place.
The rooms are spacious, well distributed, with a large closet and a huge bathroom.

If there is something to emphasize, apart from its facilities, that is the attention of its staff. Everyone from the bellman to the concierge, went beyond the line of duty, always attentive and concerned that you had an excellent stay.

It also has a beautiful pool, a gym and a luxurious spa. And don´t miss "La Mansión": Even if you are not staying in it, you can get a chance to see its beawtiful rooms.

The hotel has also a nice bar and a superb breakfast, served in the Elena Restaurant, one of the best I've tried so far.

I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

I will never forget my stay at the Four Seasons. The staff continually went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Besides the hospitality, I love the property itself. After major renovations, it has become an oasis in an otherwise chaotic city. It is one of the few places in Recoleta that have an outdoor pool, and it becomes quite useful in the hot summer months.
