We stayed here for 4 nights in May. The lobby is quite impressive but all is reproduced antique furniture. The staff was helpful. The first room we were shown was full of mosquitos, dead and alive. We had just come from Paraguay which had a dengue epidemic but then irradicated all mosquitos, so seeing them here was not what we needed. Although that room had much more light, we couldn't accept it and were given another one across the hall.. NO view, and practically no natural light. Even the artificial light was not enough.
Bathroom was small, but at least had a small jacuzzi tub.
When possible, breakfast was had in a large comfortable room used for seminars. Otherwise, it was had in the lobby. We were lucky to always get a table. The location was excellent, in Recoleta, probably one of the nicest downtown areas and within walking distance of some sights, good restaurants and boutiques.
