This hotel is located in a quiet part of the city just off the beaten path. It only a few blocks away from Santa Fe, Corrientes and 9 de Julio. The hotel is located on a corner. Small lobby with a pay phone and computer and a few chairs. Small business center downstairs which I did not use. Check in was quick and efficient. Tiny elevator. My room was also quite small by American standards but neat and clean. Not much room to spare at all. Small TV on the wall. The bed dominated the room. Small desk and chair. Tiny bathroom. Window onto the street. Good water pressure and hot water. Good air conditioning (it was summer). The continental breakfast served on the top floor was pretty sparse but it got the day going. The staff was friendly and had basic english skills. This is a nice hotel if you are just looking for a place to crash and you can get it for a very low price. The neighborhood is nice with a Bank Boston with ATMs and a COTO supermarket a short walk away. Also some nice neighborhood restaurants. I like La Robla a few blocks from the hotel. Plenty of wine shops, farmacias, locotorios, cyber cafes and laundries nearby too...and news stands of course. Lot of offices and colleges in the area which is why it is pretty quiet at nite but again you are short walk to all the craziness. Have fun.
