Centrally located in Recoleta. Every staff member was service oriented from check-in to Check out. Bar and Restaurant made our 3 day stay convenient. Cabs easy to get. Main lobby area easy to congregate.out group of 10 travelers enjoyed the style and service provided. Easy walking distance to shops and nearby restaurants and major historic venues.

If you are looking for a beautiful oasis in the heart of Recoleta, Hotel Club Frances is the place to stay. We were treated like family by the general manager, Christina. The hotel rooms were large, comfortable and clean. To start our days, we had hearty breakfasts and at night the restaurant provided us with fine dining (the tenderloin steak and creme brulee were amazing). Most importantly, the staff were extremely warm, helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel and would return in a heartbeat.

We felt like special guests at the Club Frances. The staff welcomed us every time we saw them. Our rooms were beautifully appointed and always cleaned on time. Breakfast, included, came in several courses off a long menu of choices. We travel with small groups and each person thought this hotel among the very best of our cross continental journey.

Room Tip: Great location to walk to restaurants, the Recoleta Cemetary or city parks...all the blocks in BA ar...

We knew Recoleta would be a nice area to stay in, but we did not know how nice our hotel would be! The location is the best, the lobby, bar and dining area are old world beautiful and our room was very spacious and lovely! Breakfast was delicious eveyr morning. Glass of wine in the evening! Daniel, Christine, and Rosario, along with all the staff, were extremely helpful and courteous at all times. They helped us with direfctions, reservations, and city information. We strongly encourage others to stay here. Its a very BA personal experience in a smaller luxury hotel. You can't get that attention at the Four Seasons or the Park Hyatt!

Room Tip: Ask Daniel, Rosario, or Christine to help you with ereservations at La Cabrera for dinner and for th...

We stayed at Club Frances for three nights and were very well taken care of. The hotel is in the high end district of Ricoleta with many high end shops and restaurants within a close walk. The general manager, Christina, went to great lengths to make sure our stay was higher than our expectations. We were given advise on where to go to a Tango show, where to shop and where to eat and anything else we could ask for. The room was newly remodeled and was very nice with a very comfortable bed, high end fixtures. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was well taken care of. If we find ourselves going to BA again, we would definitely stay there again.

This family mansion converted into a boutique hotel provides a peaceful oasis in the heart of Recoleta. The staff is at least trilingual with French,English, and Spanish easily spoken. We also heard the staff address guests in Italian. Our room was large and beautifully decorated. The marble bathroom with a rain shower was a delight after walking in the summer heat. The included breakfast at the time of our stay was ordered from the menu instead of a buffet. Close by ,so an easy visit,is Evita's mausoleum along with restaurants and upscale shopping. We stayed two nights on arriving in Buenos Aires and looked forward to staying on our last night in Argentina before flying home.

5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 18, 2013

We stayed here five days and it was a wonderful hotel. Rooms were clean, new and lovely as well as were the bathrooms. We first stayed in a regular room, but were later upgraded to a larger room that was incredibly beautiful - I had wished I had stayed in it the whole time! Staff was very nice, tried to be as helpful as possible, however, could use some more knowledge of Buenos Aires. Were not very familiar with restaurants as well as not knowing BA as well as I had wished. We found ourselves going over to the larger establishments and asking their concierge for help sometimes. Breakfast was included and was awesome! Highly recommend.

Room Tip: Larger rooms were beautiful and spacious.
