This hotel is part of a trend in newer Buenos Aires hotels to offer contemporary and comfortable places to stay. Our rooms were very clean and contained a kitchen counter, stove, sink and fridge along with glasses and place settings for two people. A pot and a pan complete the basic kitchen stuff for those evenings you don't want to dine out. On the top (eighth) floor there's a laundry (5 pesos each for washer and dryer), small exercise room and an outdoor patio facing west. The two young women at the front desk in the lobby spoke English and were very helpful whenever we asked them to make a reservation for us or for information in general. Breakfast coupons to several neighbourhood eateries are part of the deal so you have options on where you want to eat each morning.
If you have to use an ATM machine there's an international ATM at the Bbva Banco Frances SA on the corner of Avenida Santa Fe and Bonpland. It's brightly lit and in relatively safe area. I'm sure there are others nearby but I've used this one each time I stay in Hollywood Palermo.
The hotel is part of a group that offers patrons an opportunity to buy into the condominium consortium and own property in BA, Bariloche and one other location that escapes me.
