Had an amazing time in a beautiful and modern hotel. Very central location to go out and have fun in Buenos Aires. Excellent and polite staff..they all spoke perfect english. Great to relax in the pool and sauna. Fantastic breakfast. Definitely recommend it. 10/10.

Loved: Service, room
Didn't love: Location and proximity to shopping and other hotels etc
Inquire: There may be construction going on next Door it was a Holiday when we were there so we weren't effected but do ask.
Cant say enough about the staff service with a smile. Nicolas was awesome! Would come back. Pro outweigh the cons for us

We decided to stay at a small hotel rather than a large one in the main tourist area. We pre-arranged for the hotel to provide transportation to and from two different airport terminals. Everything went smoothly and the manager was very helpful. When we arrived he upgraded us to a balcony room overlooking the garden. Dinner was not to be missed in the restaurant, a perfect start to our adventure in Antarctica. The linens were fresh and crisp and the bed very comfortable. We had to leave the following morning too early for the included breakfast so the manager had a tray sent to our room before we left, a nice touch. We would highly recommend this hotel.

A really great hotel in a wonderful area of Buenos Aires. Hollywood Soho is a definite hot spot in the city. The hotel is very hip and has all the amenities. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time at the hotel, they have a great little restaurant and bar for afternoon cocktails. Be sure to get the penthouse suite with the hot tub!

Room Tip: the room overlooking the hotel patio was very nice and quiet

I have never written a review of anything but our amazing stay at the Fierro compels me to write. We are a young family and have a 2 year old and 10 month old, thus we have more needs than the average traveler. The staff at Fierro went way above and beyond and were extremely helpful with everything from booking us a private tour of the city to warming up my daughter's milk before bedtime. I can't say enough about how helpful and gracious they are. We had 2 adjoining rooms which worked perfectly, and they were very comfortable and clean. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent, and for those nights we wanted to go out there were plenty of great restaurants in the area. Overall a great experience - we will be back! Thank you!

A great find in Buenos Aires.

Rooms are clean, modern, and well appointed. Beds are comfy; Free wireless; US outlets, Ipod dock; nice bathrooms.

Common space is very nice. The pool is small but perfectly adequate for exhausted travelers trying to wait out the heat.

The value is great.

Ultimately, the service is what sets this place apart. In our case, we had a 9pm flight back to the States. The hotel let us stay in our room until 3pm and offered the pool and showers until we left for the airport. Fierro Hotel's accommodating attitude made a long day of travelling much more manageable, letting us relax and enjoy a day instead of camping out at a coffee shop or the airport until our flight.

Stayed here for 3 nights on our way to Antarctica and were very impressed by the helpfulness of the reception staff. The rooms are comfortable but the doors to the central corridor are rather flimsy and we could here the family with noisy children everytime they came back to or left their room opposite.
Breakfast was served by 2 staff one of whom was helpful and friendly but the other seemed to find it hard to smile or work at the same speed and they were fully stretched when it was busy - so much so that several people seemed to complain. Partly this is because they insisted on doing a nouvelle cuisine breakfast, individually served. I am sure I can cope with scrambled eggs not served in individual containers with finely chopped chives.
The bathrooms are very modern with black tiles in the showers - not ideal for those of us with aging eyes!
Palermo is huge but it is not in the centre and although there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance you need to take a taxi every time you want to go into the centre.
Would recommend it but we chose not to stay there again when we traveled back through.
