It is well known that French people can be picky with food :o)
After an exhausting day visiting Buenos Aires, we went to TripAdvisor to find a nice restaurant close to our hotel.
Even though this one had only 3 reviews, they were all good... and the restaurant was in the right neighborhood.
Arriving there, we were the only ones... but who cares, all the waiters were really dedicated to us.
the dinning room is very wide, high but also very cosy with the white and grey walls, the small red bricks on the ceiling, the wooden wine closets on the wall and the mosaique tiles on the floor.
The waiter was very nice. Even though he didn't speak French and we spoke very little Spanish, he made a lot of efforts and the communication was OK.
The food was very good. The bife de chorizo was extermely tender and well cooked. The seafood risotto was also very enjoyable.
as for the price, it's a medium / higher end range in Buenos AIres, but remains very cheap compared to French prices (total bill for 2, including wine was less than what it would cost for 1 person to simply eat in a similar restaurant in France).
All in all, a very enjoyable experience. Definitely recommended.
