“Good Choice - Good Location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 29, 2011

The location is very good, near the subway and walking distance to Puerto Madero restaurants and most of the touristic spots. The hotel is not big and the reception is small but the room was very comfortable and has a bathtub but there is no view at all. The breakfast is fair and the hotel receptionists are nice and this helps a lot.

Good choice if you want to be in a location near to the spots and do not want to spend a lot of time in the hotel. It is cozy and decent but it is in the downtown.

I had no complains though I felt it was too small!! Basically this hotel is o.k.- clean, central, quite modern...o.k. but not more than that.

The rooms are quite small in Monarca Hoteles but then again they are clean and well set. There is an internet access and other important facilities inside the rooms. It is very centrally located, very modern and nicely designed. We enjoyed the services offered as well as its moderate price (less than 75$ through Easy Click Travel).

The only positive point is that the hotel room. Clean, modern and well decorated. Otherwise it is a shame. Just to start, stuck to the hotel there is a disco bar, which opens the 11 am pm and 5 pm only closes the AM. Play a song very high it is impossible to sleep, even with the windows closed. The breakfast is very poor, with recipient's milk broken, when we heat the milk in the micro wave. The reception is only the door, there is no place to sit and wait for a transport and the location is not the best, there are other hotels in the area, the same price range with better location. And worst of all is that without my permission they charged to my credit card to stay at my hotel, where the check out I paid in dollars. I have paid 2 times and so far am having a headache to solve this problem they created. This hotel does not deserve to be visited by anyone.

We stayed in this hotel on the second day of its opening. The rooms were absolutely lovely and very contemporary. There were seven of us staying in three rooms and each room was to the same high standard. The only downsides of this hotel is the lack of bar (or alcohol in the mini bar) and they could not take Visa at the time we were staying. However, the location of this hotel is ideal, and I would recommend it to anyone staying in Buenos Aires.
