We stayed in the Casa Calma for 4 nights before sailing on a cruise leaving from Buenos Aires.
From arrival until leaving we found the staff to extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is small with only 2 rooms per floor but the rooms were really great with showers, sauna and hot tubs. The provided breakfast was a good continental breakfast in a small room on the ground floor but despite the lack of space we were always able to get a seat.
The hotel itself is located within walking distance of all the main attractions in the city including the Sunday market in San Telmo and Recoleta Cementario which are both about an hours walk through interesting neighbourhoods. The hotel staff were able to arrange for shows, taxis and restaurants and their recommendations turned out to be good choices.
We would recommend this hotel to any one visiting Buenos Aires.
