I had never been to a bed and breakfast prior to staying at Abode. The reason I decided to stay at Abode was that it was mentioned on a high end boutique hotel website that I use for my frequent travel. I've been fortunate enough to stay at some of the best five star hotels in the world, so my expectations are very high. They couldn't be if I was to stay at a bed and breakfast but ones idiosyncrasy's remain alive and well despite any attempts at reason. When I read that the sheets were Egyptian cotton that led me to believe that perhaps other small touches might be seen to as well, so I decided to give Abode a chance. I spent five nights there and am happy to report I had made a very good decision indeed. Orlando is omni-present, intelligent, and more than accommodating. You'll get breakfast on the rooftop patio essentially whenever you want it, the room I stayed in (third floor suite with it's own bathroom) was comfortable and functional, with a great and dependable internet connection – free of charge. If you are looking for comfort, safety, location, and a great host who truly enjoys what he does, look no further.
