Stayed here whilst on business trip a couple of weeks ago. Staff were extremely corteous, room was spotless and smelled very clean at all moments. Free Wi-Fi and very secure. The ONLY thing I would improve are the bathrooms. They seemed a little out of date and not really in keeping with the rest of the room.
Brilliant to be in the hustle and bustle of Palermo too.
Would definitely stay here again if I were to make another trip to Bs As. Definitely would recommend to all age groups and all purposes of visit.

A terrific value! We stayed in one of the suites on the top floor (9th) which included a large balcony. Suites on the lower floors have larger indoor living space with no balcony. The kitchen area was spartan with a sink, small refrigerator and 2 burners. Breakfast was delvered to our room. The check in desk doubled very effciently as our professional concierge! Our only concern was limited hot water...no long showers! A restaurant is currenlty under construction. Location is perfect for a short walk to shopping, dining and entertainment.
