Stayed in Taskule for 7 nights, Sept 08.
Hotel rooms very nice, furnished to quite a high standard. Bathrooms well laid out, good size. Full shower cubicle with variable head and body jet shower. Unfortunately the pressure and temperature of the shower varied throughout the week from very good to pretty poor, but this may be a water problem in the area rather than a fault with the hotel ? Large beds, digital tv.
Small swimming pool, nice sun beds - a real sun trap , located between the accommodation block at the rear and the restaurant/balcony at the front which is situated right on the beachfront promenade, steps from the shingle beach with more beds, beanbags and in the evening dining tables.
Staff were nice although communication was a bit difficult due to the language barrier.
Breakfast was basic Turkish - cheeses,olives,boiled eggs, tomatoes,cucumber, bread,honey, tea,coffee,juice.
Good value for money and situated only 50 yards from the start of the main shopping lane in YK, with about 10-20 restaurants within a 50-100 yard distance
Only negatives were the very low powered air-con and the refusal of the receptionist to grant us a room to change on our day of departure. The hotel was at about 50% occupancy and we had a 7 hour period from checkout at 12 noon until evening airport transfer. A pity.
Paid £45 UK per night per room
