“Awaiting compensation!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed October 15, 2012

Oh dear, where do i begin?

Arrived and checked in, all fine. Then we got to our room.

After a long day traveling, we wanted a drink and shower before heading down for dinner. I went to the bar to ask for a glass or wine and a beer. The answer, no beer, no wine (not a good start to an all inclusive!) We both had ice cold showers, even though the sign in the room suggested we get two hours of hot water an evening.

Dinner - choice of either cold meat in a source or cold chicken in a source.Severed with either cold chips or cold rice. But after an hour we did manager to get a cold beer (are you getting the theme of this hotel yet?)

Next morning we were awoken by the 14 cockerels, unknown quantity of chickens and a sprinkling of turkeys. On the plus side, as it was just before 6 we had plenty of time to have a cold shower before heading down for breakfast, which was cold, apart from the toast you could make yourself.

rather than repeat myself, here's some bullet points from the rest of the day.

Nightclub volume pool music (lady gaga on repeat)
Cold lunch
Cold shower
No beer
Cold Dinner

Day 3
awoken by same chickens.
No power, couldn't have a cold shower or flush the toliet.
No toast, no coffee, no soft drinks, no tea. But you would have water (that wasn't chilled!)

Sat by the pool listening to Lady Gaga.
Cold lunch.
no beer.
cold shower (was told it would be another 4 days before we might get hot water)
cold dinner

Do i really need to go on?!?!?

Let me make it simple for you - DON'T STAY HERE!!!!

Just arrived bk from turkey which is a very nice place. But I wouldnt stop at this hotel ever again. The food was always cold the pool was freezing the showers were cold . The beer ran out almost every day. And the manager was a nasty man. He would sit there watchin your every move and every drink !!! He even told the bar staff not to play english music .

as we were taking are bags from the bus all we could hear from the hotel reception was angry guests one complaining that the beer had ran out for the third time in three days and the other saying they had not had a hot shower for a week my heart sank as my wife looked at me with that what have you brought me to look on her face when we checked in the man at reception said water would be fixed next day and beer would be there in 15 minutes witch we soon found out was what they had been telling every one for over a week. we went to our room that seemed ok on closer inspection though it as clear it was not we could not turn the shower off and that continued running for a week the bed had no top sheet just a rough blanket but we went to reception and you've guessed it it will all be put right next day "wrong" so by now i needed a drink got to the bar still no beer that finally turned up with the evening meal witch to my amazement turned up in the back of a van thats how every meal came breakfast lunch and evening just like school dinners but not so tasty. the seven days we stayed at the seden it ran out of beer every day the shower was never fixed no hot water the coffee machine broke on the 5th day and was still broken when we left my advice to any one reading this this the worse Ai we have ever been to

Room Tip: stay away this hotel is a waste of your money

supposed to be ai but ran out of vodka first day and then no hot water went down to rec and was told that they had forgotten to switch it on.second day ran out of beer and no hot water.third ran out of glasses had to use paper cups agin no hot water they said was a problem with the electrics.next day no electric again man called to fix it,three hours later you guessed it no hot water.we was approached by the waiter who told us as they were closing the next would we like to go to their sister hotel down in olu deniz to which we declined.several nights we came down for drinks only to find the staff had locked and gone to bed and this was supposed to be open bar till 11.30pm this went for all the three weeks we there in the end ny wife had to go the other end of town where my daughter lives and used her shower.middle of the third week they ran out of white wine twice in one day.floors hav,nt been cleaned since we,ve been here, toiltes in the pool area never been cleaned or the waste bins emptied, toilet paper paper renewed the list goes on and i expect my list to the travel agent for damage loss will be longer than i can say to you.all i can say is when you read reviews take a little time to study because i thought that all the bad reviews were poeple who only ate fried eggs and bacon,my advise is dont book this hotel pay a little extra and go to that one you couldnt afford because you will end u paying the extra expenses when you come here

We stayed at the Seden Hotel for two nights as our holiday company had moved us from our original hotel and even informed us . This hotel was unsuitable - firstly due to its position - not in Olu Deniz and not to the same standard as our original hotel .
The bread at breakfast was stale , no-one helped us with where everything was , not able to buy snacks at hotel during the day as we were bead and breakfast . Also only one shop nearby that had limited stock . Told it was only a short walk to Olu Deniz - ha ha . Took us an hour .
When we eventually managed to contact holiday company after numerous calls managed to get ourselves sorted and moved back to our original hotel .

We were sent here by default as Travel Republic had saw fit to notify us of a change to our selected hotel in Oludiniz due to 'contractual ' problems. With apprehension and not much time to select another hotel, we arrived at Otel Seden. Our stay there was pleasant, the staff all friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable, with the rooms cleaned every day complete with daily changes of towels.

we too booked at this all inclusive hotel to be told it was not ready :( unlike others we were not moved .. the staff were very polite and apologetic.. wanted to take us to sister hotel but for meals only ... we didnt want to have to spend half our hoilday getting changed to travel for lunch and dinner .. we had out of a week only a couple of meals .. bought in and cold ... like charlotte nice to have the pool to ourselves but was dissapointed as we had to use our trip money to eat out :(.. the hotel was basic but clean... the problems we not the staff fault they did what they could under the circumstances we called the rep, left a message , unfortunatly no one got back to us :*( we felt that the travel company should have been informed before booking us to the hotel.. there were no lights in the toilets near pool glad didnt take our young son wouldnt have been happy no drinks for him not evn a working water fountain till last couple of days along with the soft drinks behind the poorly stocked bar .. the area itself absoloutley stunning , we have been to turkey on many occasions never needed to moan :(.. we will come again but not to this hotel which is a shame as the staff were lovely and the hotel itself .. just feel the holiday company need to check their hotels before sending people clare n kev :)
