spent 10 nights at this hotel from 02 oct to 12 oct 2013. It was cheap and of course you worry no need. Yes the rooms are in need of some T.L.C but a few small D.I.Y jobs sorted out my problems. the staff cannot do enough for you the food is basic salad chicken beef and fish, and great cakes. The beer and wine are very palitable all in all a great location in a very user friendly spot.

Room Tip: attick rooms are very hard to access not suitable for the elderly

Perfect location - the best in Oludeniz in our opinion and we did compare. Hotel overlooked by beautiful mountains. Only a very short flat walking distance to the centre and to the beach. Very friendly atmosphere. Comfortable and spotlessly clean. Cosmetically the hotel needs a bit of a face lift but the location far outweighs this. The pool immaculately maintained and very relaxing. The food was typically Turkish - but hey we were in Turkey after all - It tasted a great deal better than it sometimes looked to be honest but we enjoyed every meal (far more than the meals we ate out). Lots of choices - lovely alfresco style dining area overlooking the pool. Recommend Charlie's massage for £10. Traditional Turkish entertainment (not every night which was good). The All Inclusive bar was a little disappointing, however the beer, soft and hot drinks were good. Do not leave this place without taking the free shuttle to the private beach at the Seahorse in the Blue Lagoon - as good as being in paradise! THE DAY TRIP TO DALYAN IS A MUST AND IS EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY! Some of the poor reveiws were, in our opinion, completely unjustified. If were to visit Oludeniz again we wouldn't hesitate using the Tropicana. The Geebees

The rooms are an ok size, we were on the second floor, family room, two bedrooms and a bathroom, view of the pool.
the staff are friendly and when we arrived at 1am they gave us a plate of meats, bread and cheese, basic but very welcome.
The pool is spotless as are most area's of the hotel. food is a little repetitive but this is Turkey.
The hotel is in a good spot, not far from the strip, but far enough away if you don't want noise into the early hours.
Have a massage from Charlie, he will also take you to a local turkish bath, however barter the price as he has a BMW parked outside, Yes Charlie I saw yu kiss the car.
We have just come back 04 oct and were dults with an 18yr and 8yr old.
Go paragliding off the strip with Re-Action they really look after you.

Room Tip: basement rooms will be cooler in the high season.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week from Sept 13th 2013. Let me start by saying ignore the bad reviews on here, unless you are a "Peter Kay" type holiday maker hahaha. By that I mean if you only eat chips, Milk roll, McDonalds and hate vegetables stay away. If you love traditional tasty fresh food then you will love it. The food is lovely, I was so surprised but in really good way. Loads of salads, fresh olives, cheeses and veg. The two (sometimes three) hot dishes were always very tasty and complemented by a minimum of three side dishes like rice, roasted veg, pasta or potato dishes. The red wine is also very good haha.
The room was basic yes, as mentioned in other reviews. Do not let this put you off, they are spotlessly clean and are cleaned every day by some of the hardest working staff I have ever seen. Being honest how much time do you really want to spend in the room?? It was 37 degrees outside, I want a tan not a Hilton style room.
The pool was cleaned every morning without fail and was checked during the day. The bar and eating areas were all lovely and clean too. Even the ginger cat that politely walks along the edge of the balcony as you eat was spotless.
The Staff were all lovely and very friendly, I say this as I am a huge believer in the treat people how you wish to be treated way of life. I get the impression from some bad reviews that some of these people turned up and barked orders at the staff and then wondered why they seemed a bit off. We were treated with respect at all times and had a really good bit of banter with the staff especially the chef.
I have to recommend that you take the free bus to the Seahorse beach (the blue lagoon). It is amazing, quite possibly one of the most beautiful natural places I have ever seen.
All in all we both had a fantastic holiday and would go back in a heartbeat, In fact we are going to book again in January. The best advice I can give you is please ignore the slightly narrow minded reviews on here and go and have fun! its a holiday.

Room Tip: any - you wont be in in that much

Just came back form 8 day holiday in Oludeniz. Had a great time, it is stunning resort and beautiful place. Now about the hotel:
Location
-great, close to the beach (about 5 mins walk), restaurants, bars, shops
Hotel
-lovely surroundings, quite place, excellent pool, enough sunbeds, very clean
-would give it a 3 star the most
Room
-very clean
- small (but its ok, we just went to sleep there)
-good size bathroom
-towels and bath mat changed every three days and they are white, so not so good
Food
-it is the the thing that lets this place down
I AM NOT A FUSSY EATER (I eat everything) , the food was cooked well (most of the time), but it was very limited choice and very repetitive, If I was going to stay there another week I would dream of rice and bulgur wheat
Breakfast was ok, freshly cooked omelettes, fried eggs, then ham, cheeses, veg, jams, spreads, bread, toast, missed some sweet pastries, pancakes, more fruit ( we were in Turkey!!!) -other people had a same opinion
Lunch
very limited, always bulgur wheat, soup, two choices of meat, salads
Dinner
rice, two meats, veg, salads, chips, very limited desserts and tasted all the same, one choice of fruit
-if you go for dinner until 8 , there is chef cooking outside the third option (meat, pasta) but we never had it, because we went for dinner after 9 (available until 10pm)
Ridiculous! why should I have limited choice just because I go for dinner late, I paid the same money!!!!!
no ice cream for lunches or dinner at all, only during afternoon snack between 3-3.30 pm...I came 3.35 and ask for scoop of ice cream (it is not self service) and they said that ice cream break is finished!!!! so I could not get it.....weird
all inclusive drinks are local brands (as everywhere) but those are really cheap and tasteless
afternoon snacks are always chips, burgers and chicken nuggets sometimes

I do not go for holiday to eat like crazy, but I always heard form friends that Turkish hotels are very good in terms of food and wide choice, this one was an exception. If you are a fussy eater, you will be hungry or spend extra money eating outside and if you like going for holidays where you can eat a lot and try different foods, this is not a place for you.

- On the other hand, staff is very friendly and helpful and Charlie is the best. If you go for bead and breakfast only, then you will be satisfied, as hotel is in lovely location. DO NOT GO ALL INCLUSIVE. I would go back to this resort, not this hotel. I travel a lot, at least 2-3 times a year and always go for all inclusive, this one was the most limited.

Dump nice pool but hotel staff miserable and I'm normally good with food but I would not feed that slop to a pig. Olu Denis as a place is nice with good restaurants but the beaches are pretty horrible and expensive to hire sun beds .on the other hand the trips u can do are really good and cheap is Jeep safari with lunch =£17 and great fun don't bother with day trip to Rhodes as u spend most of the day in queues for the boat and passport control

Room Tip: Don't book a room

Good small very friendly hotel in excellent location, secluded but near main "strip" and 10 mins walk to beach. I would say 3* not 4*. Everyone goes on about the limited choice of food. For All inclusive it was a far better choice and delicious, more than I have had at some AI hotels. I don't know how many choices people want but we had 3 choices of main course ( One main dish cooked on the verandah in front of your eyes - very fresh) & a wide selection of salads which could be a meal on there own. Something to whet anyone's appetite. Staff are extremely helpful & polite. Good atmosphere with all the guests meeting & greeting at the bar. Plenty of sunbeds and pool very clean. Rooms are basic and a little tired but relatively clean. Charlie's massage is wonderful & he will do anything to help you. A real bonus to the hotel. The free shuttle bus to Sea Horse beach is a must as it is stunning and far better than the Blue Lagoon (which is opposite) where you have to pay for everything & the beaches are pebble. The negative to this hotel is the changing of the towels. You only get clean towels and a bath mat after 3 days which is far from ideal or acceptable especially with the bath mat as it seems to pick up extra dirt off the floor when showering. Perhaps the floor isn't cleaned as well as it should be. However, I would still recommend the hotel but think I would ask for towels to be changed at least every 2 days and the bath mat daily.

Room Tip: 1st or 2nd Floor facing pool very good location and you do get the sun
