“Beautiful hotel, beautiful location, perfect for that relaxing break.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 21, 2009

From the moment we arrived Cengiz and all the staff made us feel as if we had come home rather that to a hotel. All the staff were very friendly and extremly efficient.
The bedroom was a fine size with a screen on the large window/door so you did not need the air con at night, it also had a great shower.
Located on the hillside overlooking Oludeniz set amid beautiful gardens, meal times were a pleasure, what a view... the sea, the mountains and the paragliders!!
The food was excellent, so much so that we ate in the hotel each evening of our stay. The only negative was that there was too much food in the set menu!!
Paradise Gardens is aptly named.

The service is not so bad, staff is giving attention to guests' requests.
When we arrived there, our room's air conditioner was not working, they've changed our room with a better one immediately. Rooms are very clean.

The view of the hotel is very good, you can see whole Oludeniz while you're having your breakfast or dinner. Foods are fine.

The price of double room is rather expensive if you compare with nearby hotels'.

Anyway, I can recommend this hotel to whom needs a quiet vacation.

My new wife and i had first found this hidden gem a couple of years ago when holidaying in another part of the area , we enjoyed lovely lunches soaking up the fantastic location and excellent service. After another satisfying visit we decided that was the place for our wedding. We contacted the hotel direct via the efficient management team and quickly and easily agreed on the details. Again in May 2008 we stayed there for a few days to finalise the details , this was when alarm bells should have rung loud in our ears !!
The excellent management team we had dealt with were no longer there , instead in their place was the 'owner' and his wife , neither of whom had any idea or note of any of our arrangements or of the deposit we had paid to them to book the week. However we again sat down and ironed out all the details and were assured we would enjoy a wedding of the highest quality.
On the week of the wedding we arrived in the hotel along with both families to enjoy our weeks stay in 'Paradise'. NOT SO !!!!!!
The service was non existent , the grounds and facilities were in a poor state of repair and the hotel was badly maintained and serviced. The day before the wedding we were all held to ransom to the tune of £1000 so he could pay his electricity bill !! This is not a businessman ! The beautifully set bar and resturaunt area was very poorly stocked , only a few bottles had anything in them and the rest were all empty . That didnt matter anyway because there was never any staff there to serve you with a drink if you had wanted one. The food was of a very poor quality also , some not cooked properly , some leftovers from the previous meal.
On the day of the wedding itself we (groom , best man , parents and guests) had to set the area for the wedding , i.e. chairs tables etc. The staff were A.W.O.L. until one hour before the ceremony. Had it not been for our own efforts there would have been no wedding !! The wedding 'FEAST' was a farce , again uncooked food and over 2 hours late.
This is a complete waste of a stunning place and i would urge you not to spend your money there until you see it advertised as "Under new management or ownership" , which judging by the way it is currently being ran shouldnt be too long !

It has taken me a few weeks to bring myself to write this as i had such a wonderful time while i was staying at Paradise Gardens that i did not want to write anything that would make my time there seem bad!
In June 2007 we decided after yet another days visit to Paradise Gardens Hotel that we were destined to get married there. The view, the surroundings everything just seemed so perfect. There was a great management team which meant that the owner could concentrate on the acres of gardens.
We then returned in May 2008 after booking our wedding for October 2008. The hotel very kindly asked us to come and visit and have chat about the event etc. I think i knew then that there was a difference but it was fine, lovely room, nice food we had a relaxing time. But no management, the owner - U2 - was in charge along with Cruella!!!

October 2008 - We arrived and they had lost all our notes from previous emails and meetings. Had to go through everything including how many guests were staying at the hotel over and over. We eventually sorted the rooms for our own guests the afternoon before they arrived, checking they had been cleaned, whether they had clean towels etc Everything had to be pushed along, not what you want to be doing the week of your wedding!!! It was one thing after the other, the pools were dirty which we had specifically asked to be cleaned. It was very upsetting as we had asked our guests to stay there!!
Oh and the electricity mysteriously turned off and our guests were asked to pay £1,000 to get it turned back on!!! We should of just left that day but where would we have the wedding? We had been blackmailed by the owner!
I wont even go into the wedding day lets just say that if it werent for our brilliant family and friends it would never of happened. They are why we had such a brilliant time at Paradise Gardens.
I wouldnt wish anyone to go through what we did and i ask that until this hotel is under new ownership do not stay there. Do not give this man your money.
What a waste of such a beautiful place.

Went out here for a family wedding in a romantic, fantastic place. However, this was not the case. The location itself is stunning with fantastic views over the town and I cannot fault it for that. The hotel management on the other hand, well let me begin!

Arrived on the Friday evening and initially thought "Wow!", this soon turned to 'OW'. The food was sparse and of no real quality. The breakfast choice was basic to say the least and again very poor. We had an arrival family meal arranged which once more was of no great quality and poor portion size.

The rooms are basic and in need of some upgrading in my opinion. They were cleaned daily and had fresh towels each day, which was nice, again in need of upgrading though. The day before the wedding the hotel's power supply was disconnected and all the guests were forced to pay aprrox £1000 in total to have this re-instated!

On the day of the wedding the meal was non-existent and not cooked properly, if we had eaten it we would most certainly have had food poisoning to say the least.

On our last day the power was cut off yet again and the manager was insisting that all the wedding party had to pay cash and not by card. In this age of technology, who takes that amount of cash with them on holiday? The hotel called the police on us all claiming we weren't paying when we had facility to do so! Thankfully the Jandarme saw our side of events and fully supported us.

I would not recommend this hotel until there was new management in-situ as even even John Cleese could not have written the week of woe that we all experienced. So sorry folks Paradise this is not, more like hell with badly maintained gardens!

The hotel is in a wonderful position, with a beautifull garden full of flowers. The owner is a very nice gentlemen and the structure could really be a small paradise. Unfortunately at the arrival there was the first surprise: at the reception they told me that I didn't have a reservation. After I showed the printout of my reservation for a triple delux room (tv, telephone etc.) I was asked to wait (two hours) and I eventually got a double room smelling sigarettes with no telephone, unusable tv and poor light). The next day they moved us to a nice room but I had to climb up and down three times in order to get amenities such as towels and the card to activate electricity in the room. Since, contrary to the reservation confirmation, there is no telephone in the rooms all these inconvenience can be solved only by climbing up and down to the reception (in a separate building some 300 m away).
Instead of sweaping the credit card as usually done in hotels, here they keep your passport till check-out. Of course at the check out the disastrous receptionist forgot to hand me over my passport and I had to drive back to retrieve it after I was already 50 km from the hotel on my way to Antalya.
The restaurant is very nice and it is deliteful to sit there in the fresh windy evenings. I wish the charming owner to solve all these management issues in order to exploit the potential of such a nice place. Price today is not suitable for the level of service.

Stayed there at the beginning of May for 4 days. Wish I could have stayed longer. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The rooms were clean and well appointed, The food was tasty and plenty of it,
As for the gardens and view....., It surpassed anything I'd seen. Beautiful views across the Bay, and well stocked gardens. The only hardship was dusting off the occasional honesuckle and jasmin blossom from your sun-lounger. The other guests balked at the idea of putting it on Trip Advisor. "Lets keep it a secret....". But I couldn't really. It was so relaxing. Other people should share this little gem.
