Dear Pine Valley Guest,

We are extremely sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. Thank you so much for taking the time to post a review, as we take these very seriously. We share all of our tripadvisor reviews with our team and work to correct items immediately. Our Kitchen and entertainment teams work hard to deliver great service, and we are sorry that we were not able to provide top service during your stay. This is certainly not the Pine Valley standard and we would like the opportunity to turn this experience around.
Sincerely,
Pine Valley Team

Stayed at this hotel for the first time 16/09/2012 for 2 wks, what can i say except Fab give it a Try you wont be dissapointed. The actual lay out is very good, very clean and very relaxing, the pool area is very good in that their is a separate pool with slides for the kids,so its not to noisy,(any way kids is kids, what were you like.)
The breakfast was Turkish, good choice of food(only not kept in chiller cabinets, which would have been more hygenic.)
The rooms were basic but very clean(house keeping were fantastic)cleaned room everyday, and changed bedding every 2 days approx. My wife and I are both in our 60s and although there are a lot of steps in the hotel complex we didnt find it to much of a bother. There is also a lift from the pool area into the hotel. The prices for the food were a little bit more than up the Town as was the drinks but still not to bad.If your looking for a good hotel inHisaronu that is reasonable in price then I would recommend.I would also like to mention our Rep from Monarch(JOANNE) she was great,if you had a problem see Joanne, nothing was to much trouble for her,all in all had a great time, hope to be going back next May.Many thanks to the staff at Pine Valley for a great stay, and a special thanks to our Rep Joanne.

Stayed at pine valley for 11 days in oct and had great holiday. Rooms are basic but clean, staff are polite and helpfull. If you use air con in your room you will be charged for it! Also the mini bar in your room is expensive compared to elsewhere. You use a card to buy drinks and food at hotel and it gets charged to your bill which can get expensive too. Ideal for family's and young kids although its a bit of a hike up to main strip in hisaronu would definitely go back to hisaronu but to a different hotel.

We moved from the hotel next door , what a difference! we stayed in the new "superior" family rooms which were not large but top end finish and immaculately clean , the staff were great and even though the hotel was half empty there was plenty of evening entertainment overall it was a great effort , food was of good quality considering the price we paid , lovely pools and grounds as well , highly recommended !

Room Tip: choose the superior family rooms for a view of the slides

Right from the word go this was a superb hotel. In the 2 weeks we were there nothing was too much trouble. the hotel the staff the food were all beyond critisism.A big definate for another visit
We picked middle of October because we have been in September and found it just too hot because we are walkers. This time it was perfect. One downside that wasnt hotels fault we had a thunderstorm that lasted 3 days but it wasnt cold. The entertainment at this time of year was pretty limited but of good quality.

Room Tip: pool view with double bed is heaven

We have just returned from pine valley for the 2nd year in a row and already cant wait to go back again. The staff are brilliant from the cleaners to the bar staff, The Hotel itself is set in an amazing area with amazing views and is always spotlessly clean. Breakfast is your typical Turkish breakfast although you can request a fry up if you want at a small fee.
The staff are brilliant i really cant express how good they are it was great to see everyone again especially Emine on reception and Jay Jay the "bellboy" both of who will bend over backwards to help you. Yusuf on the bar was fab and great fun the kids love them all.
We were lucky enough to experience a Turkish wedding when we were there which was such a great experience and all of the guests were allowed to join in with the celebrations :)
I really cant put into words how much we love the hotel and all the staff they are all like family to us.
Cant wait to see you all again next year. Carole, Mark, Tj and Rob xx

We have spent many holidays in Turkey, but the staff in the Pine Valley really make this hotel, they are all pleasant, polite and very hard working and helpful. The hotel itself is basic, the room we were in was small, but if you want to go I would advise a room in the new block as we were told they were much larger, also the hotel is as its name states is in a valley so the blocks of rooms are on a slope so therefore there are lots of steps, there is a lift, to some of the blocks but ours was right down the bottom so we were kept fairly fit. The hotel is looking a bit tired ie. mould growing off dining room ceiling which made it look dirty, also the passages and stairways were very dark of a nightime due to some of the lightbulbs not working, this was bought to the attention of public relations lady but was not remedied while we were there, but on the good side our fridge broke we reported it to the maid and it was repaired immediatley. The rooms at nightime are nice and quite which is a good thing. The food we had at lunchtime was good and prepared while you wait so was nice and fresh. The evening meals were buffet style and a bit repetitive if your there two weeks. All in all this is an average hotel but we had a good time.

Room Tip: If you can get a room in new block
